Referral Code: The referrer must share their unique referral code with the new traveler. The discount is only applied if the new traveler enters this code at the time of booking.
 

Qualifying Referrals: A referral is considered successful only when the referred individual books and completes a trip. Cancelled or refunded bookings will not qualify for the referral reward.
 

Referral Discount:

• The referrer is eligible for a 10% discount on their next trip for each successful referral.

• Discounts can be accumulated up to a maximum of 50%.

• Each discount is valid for one year from the date of the successful referral.
   

Usage of Discounts:

• Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.

• Discounts are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize.
   

Limitations: A referrer cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts to benefit from the discount. Such actions may lead to the disqualification of the referral discount and possible suspension from the referral program.
 

Privacy: Referrers must obtain consent from the individual they are referring before sharing their information. Journeys with Joi respects the privacy of its clients and will not share personal details without prior consent.
 

Amendments: Journeys with Joi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time for any reason. Changes to the program will be communicated to participants in advance.
 

Disputes: Any dispute arising out of or connected with this referral program will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Baltimore, Maryland.
